  1. If you need additional support while attending the event, please send an email to support@veplatform.com with the name of the event you are attending in the subject line
  2. If you would like to report an abusive or inappropriate chat user within the event, please send an email with a description of the problem and the name of the user to support@veplatform.com with ‘Chat abuse’ in the subject line
  3. A support individual will reply to you via email within 24 hours of your request
  4. Please submit support requests in English only
