  1. To minimize the chat bar, click on the “>>” button on the right side of the chat bar
  2. To maximize the chat bar, click on the “<<” button on the right side of the minimized chat bar
  3. To see all visible users available for chat, click “Roster”
  4. You may filter the chat roster to show event attendees and staff in specified locations via the “Filter List” drop-down menu located on the upper right-hand corner of the Current Attendee Roster
  5. The character limit per individual chat message sent is 250 characters including spaces
  6. To invite a user to chat, click on the envelope icon in line with the user’s information on the roster
  7. You may leave a chat session at any time by clicking the ‘End Chat’ button in the chat window
  8. To create a group chat room, click “Create Chat Room” or from an individual chat, click “Break Out To Multi-User Chat Room”. You will be prompted with an action to name your chat room. The user you were chatting with previously will receive a notification that your room has been created and they will be invited to join in the chat room
  9. If you are involved in multiple chat sessions, they will appear as clickable tabs in the chat bar as well as in the chat window
  10. To speak with a booth staff member, click the 'Booth Representative' button in the chat bar and you will be presented with the roster, showing only booth staff (if available) in your location
